Receiving a call or package from our company, indicates that our team of Board Certified Genealogists have identified you as an heir to an Estate of someone who has passed away without a will.

If you agree with our terms, simply sign the agreement and send it back using the enclosed self addressed stamped envelope. If you prefer, we can also send you the documents via Docusign. Docusigned documents are accepted in the United States Courts.  

 

Once we receive your  signed agreement, your case will be assigned to a trusted Attorney that is licensed to practice in the state where the case will be processed. 

 

As the case progresses, you will be asked to provide legal documentation such as birth records to prove your relationship to the decedent. Please note, your vital records do not become public record.  Your records are only utilized by our attorney and the court for specific purpose of establishing your lineage. As stated in your contract, you are not responsible for paying the attorney. The attorney's fees are already included in our contingency based agreement.
